Seiko 5 Sports Field Watch HDB007K1 uses the 4R36 automatic movement with manual winding and an approximate 41-hour power reserve. The stainless steel case measures 41.0 mm across, 13.2 mm thick, with a 48.5 mm lug to lug.
It has a curved Hardlex crystal, see-through screw case back, silver white dial and LumiBrite on the hands, index markers and bezel. The watch is fitted to a stainless steel bracelet with a three-fold clasp, secure lock and push button release.
